-Candidates must be 10 years of age by 2nd September, 2012
-Candidates must be in their final class (primary 5 or 6)

with 3 recent passport photographs with the
student's name boldly printed at the back,
photocopy of birth certificate (originals would
be sighted) and a photocopy of receipt of
payment. |
